The Venue
The Halles is a creative destination in the heart of Round Top. Home to Round Top Publishers, it serves as headquarters for Round Top by PaperCity, the Round Top Antiques & Design Show Guide, and RoundTop.com. During the Antiques & Design Show, The Halles is a must-visit destination. Year-round, enjoy dining by Chef Gino, overnight stays in our 3D-printed Casitas, curated shopping, and a campus that celebrates artists, artisans, makers, and creators.
The property sits at the entry and exit point of Round Top (Highway 237) and the sprawling rolling hills of central Texas. Thirteen separate buildings or “Halles” outline the property, filled with unique art installations, antiques, artisan furniture and lighting. Many of the Halles are air conditioned for maximum convenience in displaying the unique baubles. To pay homage to our beloved countryside, the majority of our Halles were constructed from local reclaimed lumber and tin. Including our next door neighbor’s old barn! We love giving old things new life, out in Round Top!
Rooted in Family
The Halles has always been a family endeavor. What began with Jim and Ben has grown into a shared vision, with Ben's wife, Jordan, and her brother, Wylie, joining the team to help bring it to life each day.
Together, we wear many hats, from publishing and hospitality to events, design, retail, and daily operations. The Halles is also home to Zuzana's gym, adding wellness to the mix of experiences our campus offers. Our mission remains the same: to create a welcoming place where creativity, community, and the spirit of Round Top come together.
